• What happens if I keep the car past the due time?
  As our policy, we give you a one hour tolerance. After that a charge of $132 MXN will be charged for each extra hour (maximum 2).
• How is the rate calculated?
  It is calculated one 24 hours base and taxes are included.
• Besides that basic rate, what other additional charges can be made?
  There are two types of additional charges: basic Insurance or Full Coverage
  
• What is the minimum age to rent a car?
  The minimum is 18 years old with a valid driver´s license.
• Do I need an International Driver´s License?
  No, In Mexico we accept all other countries licenses.
• What happens if the car is damaged, stolen or in an accident?
  If you chose basic Insurance coverage you will have to pay a deductible, which is approximately 10% the value of the car. If you chose full cover, everything is covered.
• Do you have Baby Seats?
  Yes we do. They cost $120 pesos per day.
  
• What forms of payment are accepted?
  We take VISA, MC, AMERICAN EXPRESS. They can be charged in pesos or U.S dollars.
